Three ways to arrive at a size. All of them are close rather than exact — the size is confirmed on a mandrel when you visit, and a ring can be adjusted afterwards.

Measure a ring you already own
Put a ring you wear on the right finger flat against the screen and find the circle its inside edge covers exactly.
First, set the scale
Screens differ, so the circles have to be sized to yours. Hold any bank or ID card against the outline below and drag the slider until the two match edge to edge.
The scale is set. It is remembered on this device.
Now match the ring
The inside of the band should sit exactly on a circle, with no white showing inside it.

Print a strip and measure your finger
Print this page at 100% — not "fit to page" — then check the ruler below with any ruler of your own before cutting. Wrap the strip around the base of your finger, snug but not tight, and read the size where it overlaps.
This line is exactly 100 mm. If yours measures otherwise, the page has been scaled and the strip will not be accurate.
