How the office started
Most people buy a significant diamond once, maybe twice in a lifetime. They walk into a shop knowing almost nothing, are shown forty stones under lighting designed to flatter, and are asked to decide. It is not a fair position to put anyone in.
Rami Jewels was built the other way round. You come by appointment. We spend the first part of the visit making sure you understand what actually changes a stone's price, and just as importantly what does not. Only then do we put anything in front of you, and it is two or three options rather than a tray.
The aim is not that you buy today. It is that whatever you buy, you understand it.
That approach costs us some sales. People leave to think, and some do not come back. We would rather that than have someone spend a large sum on something they were talked into.

Every figure has a reason behind it, and we will give you that reason before you ask. We do not claim to be the cheapest. We claim to be clear.

Treatment, origin, lab-grown or natural, and every measurable property, including the ones that lower the value.

No countdowns, no today-only pricing, no stone that will be gone by tomorrow. If it sells, we will find you another.

The office serves clients across the Emirates, in Arabic and English, with the discretion the market expects. Clients from the wider Gulf are received on the same terms and to the same standard.

The office is open to you
Choose a day and a time that suits you. We confirm within the working day, and the address follows the confirmation.

- 02 We prepare a short list Two or three stones that genuinely fit, with the reasoning for each written down before you arrive.
