Every piece leaves the office as described: the stone, the metal and the workmanship exactly as agreed, with its certificate where one applies.
Manufacturing warranty
If something is not right with the making of a piece - a setting, a clasp, a finish - bring it back and we will put it right without charge.
Stone security
For six months after handover, a stone that comes loose from its setting through normal wear is reset free of charge.
Wear and tear
Knocks, deep scratches and damage from accidents or alterations made elsewhere are not covered, though we will always quote to repair them.
Orders and payment
Bespoke work begins once the design and a deposit are agreed. Ready pieces are reserved for you once paid in full.
Making and delivery times
Ready pieces are handed over within days. Bespoke pieces typically take four to six weeks from approval.
Care
Bring any piece back for a complimentary check and clean whenever you like.
